Please join us Sunday, October 17 at 11:00 AM at the Aronoff Center for the Arts for a special service to say farewell to John Russell, our retiring Senior Minister.
Know what it takes to make a church work? You! We couldn't do what we do without the many volunteers who selflessly give of their time and talents in all of our many service areas but we are always in need of more! At Lakeside we believe that we serve God by serving others and by doing so we grow closer to one another and to him. Check out the many opportunities available here within our building....we won't ask for a life-long commitment, just that you give it a try. Besides, it's fun! Don't believe us? Check out what some of our volunteers have to say.
Worship: Some of the many opportunities are worship team, choir, praise band , video and production teams. contact craig@lakeside.org
KidNation: If you love kids and don't mind getting your hands glued together, we need you! Volunteers are needed Sunday mornings for all age groups and for our monthly KidStuf productions for those of you with a dramamtic flair. contact tim@lakeside.org
Vintage: The single most influential person in a teenager's life other than their parents, is their small group leader...who else can interpret all those weird sounds? Volunteers are needed Wednesday evenings and Sunday mornings. contact shamus@lakeside.org
First Impressions: Do you have a friendly smile? Can you extend a warm welcome? Able to leap tall buildings in a single bound? We'll take two out of three! We only have one chance to make a first impression and to make our guests as comfortable as possible. Volunteers are needed to assist guests with parking, greeting, information, and escorts around the building. contact christon@lakeside.org
