Children's Welcome Center
At Heartland Nursery Ministry we love our little ones and your
child's safety is important to us.
All of our Heartland Volunteers have had a national background check and have been trained in the
policies and procedures of our ministry in order to maintain a high degree of excellence.
We have especially designed a Nursery Welcome Center just for your nursery-age children
(birth to 2 years old). The Nursery Welcome Center is located off the main foyer.
If you are visiting for the first time, please stop here first.
Check-In / Check-Out Procedure
If this is your first visit with us, when you drop off your child,
a nursery volunteer will be present to assist you. After checking in you will receive a pager.
If you are needed by your child, you will be paged. When you return to pick up your child you
will sign the sign-out sheet and return your pager. For your child's safety and protection
we will only release your child when we have received the pager and a parent signature.
Stories and Snacks
We believe you are never to young to hear the wonderful stories of the Bible. Each week our
toddlers, walkers and runners will hear a story of God's love. We also offer Cheerios,
pretzels and animal crackers as snack. If your child has a food allergy please let us know at check-In.
