Children's Welcome Center
At Heartland Preschool Ministry we love our little ones
and your child's safety is important to us.
All of our Heartland Volunteers have had a national background check
and have been trained in the policies and procedures of our ministry in
order to maintain a high degree of excellence.
We have especially designed a Children's Welcome Center for your children
located in the lower level of the building. You and your child will be greeted,
asked to complete a registration form, and escorted to the appropriate classroom.
If you are visiting for the first time, please stop here first.
Check-In / Check-Out Procedure
When you arrive to drop off your child you will need to fill out a Security Label
for your preschooler. Place the nametag portion (with identification number) on your
child and keep the smaller numbered portion of the label. We will only release your
child only to the person who has the numbered part of the Security Label that matches
the identification number on your child's back.
Worship, Stories, Snacks and Allergies
During our 9:30 hour your preschooler will participate in Wee JaM (Jesus and Me), an age
appropriate time of worship and Bible stories. We also offer snacks in our 9:30 hour.
We know allergies are of high concern, so we offer no chocolate or peanut products. If
your child does have severe allergies, please mark that section on your child's tag and
alert his/her teacher upon arrival to the class.
During our 11:00 hour your preschooler will be with other youngsters of the same age for their
Bible Fellowship, a time of teaching, sharing and making a craft.
