JOB DESCRIPTION
Objective/Summary:
The Facilities Care Associate will execute the tasks and responsibilities handed down by the Facilities Manager to achieve the goal of clean, safe and welcoming environments at all campuses of Lakeside Christian Church. The Facilities Care Associate is expected to be attentive to the unique housekeeping needs of each campus and diligent to address those needs with excellence. As a member of the staff of Lakeside Christian Church, the Custodian/Facilities Care Associate is expected to embody Lakeside's mission and values at all times.

Essential Functions:
This individual will be responsible for creating and maintaining a beautiful, clean, safe, inviting and functional interior space at assigned Lakeside Campus. Follow daily and weekly cleaning assignments created by Facilities lead and approved by Facilities Manager. Complete all tasks assigned efficiently and effectively. Help to maintain a well-kept building during and after special events such as weddings, funerals, ministry events and outside event at any campus as assigned by Facilities Manager. Maintain a flexible schedule to allow for events that occur during evenings and/or weekends as necessary. Assist with set-up and tear-down for outside groups using Lakeside’s facilities. Meet routinely with Facilities Manager to discuss concerns, new ideas and special schedule requests. Assist Facilities Lead and Facilities Manager with opening and closing campuses when scheduled. Participate in all events deemed as “All hands on deck” by the Leadership Team. Must have reliable transportation and the ability/flexibility to work at all locations.
