The Children’s Ministry Associate will implement the current Children’s Ministry vision, programming direction, and goals to create an excellent Elementary ministry area. The Children’s Ministry Associate will orchestrate the events, programs, and volunteer team for the Kindergarten through 5th grade kids, under the leadership of the Children’s Ministry Director.
The Children’s Ministry Associate will create and build effective volunteer teams and build relationships to achieve the goals of the Children’s ministry. The Children’s Ministry Associate will work closely with the Children’s Ministry Director and the campus staff to create an excellent environment for our Elementary kids. Collaboration with other Lakeside campuses will also be part of this role. The CMA will plan and execute weekend services and events for Elementary kids. The Children’s Ministry Associate will also have opportunities to teach and train.

Required Education, Experience, and Membership:
- Full membership within Lakeside Christian Church (including alignment with Lakeside’s values and beliefs) or willing to become a member
- Strong teaching and training skills
- Bachelor’s degree from a Christian College would be desired but not required
